"And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise."
An heir is not someone who has to strive for an inheritance — it is someone who already possesses it by virtue of relationship. You are in Christ, and because you are in Christ, every promise made to Abraham belongs to you.
This is not a future reality you are hoping for. It is a present truth you are called to walk in. Paul wrote in Ephesians 1:3, "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ." Notice the past tense — hath blessed. It is already done.
You are an heir to healing, peace, provision, wisdom, and every good thing that God has promised. Your job is not to beg for what is already yours, but to boldly receive it in the name of Jesus.
Walk today as the heir you are. Speak as an heir. Pray as an heir. Live with the full knowledge that your Father's estate is already your portion.
DECLARATION OF YOUR INHERITANCE
I am an heir of God and a joint-heir with Christ Jesus.
Every promise of God belongs to me.
I boldly receive all that is mine in Christ.
I walk in the full knowledge of my inheritance. Hallelujah!
